Stored script execution via unescaped url parameter

Stored XSS in WS Form LITE and PRO 1.10.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through a form's url field. The submission path stores the url parameter without sufficient sanitization, and later form-page rendering emits it without contextual escaping. No authentication is required to plant the payload; the script runs in the browser of anyone who opens the affected page and can act in that visitor's web session.
