Unauthenticated root code execution via unbounded update parsing

Stack buffer overflow in Newtec/iDirect NTC2218, NTC2250, and NTC2299 1.0.1.1 through 2.2.6.19 allows remote attackers to execute code. The swdownload binary's parse_INFO function passes an incoming packet string to unrestricted sscanf, which writes into a fixed-size stack buffer. A single unauthenticated update-signaling packet received through the continuously listening satellite maintenance interface is sufficient, and successful code runs with root privileges.
