CA key recovery via 3DES encryption downgrade

Weak CA-key encryption in OpenVPN Inc. Easy-RSA 3.0.5 through 3.1.7 allows local users to brute-force protected CA keys. The build_ca function passes an AES-encrypted temporary key to openssl req as both -key and -keyout, causing OpenSSL 3 to overwrite it with des-ede3-cbc encryption. Exploitation requires local access to a password-protected CA key created with build-ca under OpenSSL 3, exposing the CA signing key if its passphrase is recovered.
