Internal-service access via unrestricted webhook destinations

Server-side request forgery in Bit Apps Bit Form 2.17.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access internal services. The Webhooks integration accepts an administrator-supplied destination and sends the request from the WordPress server without restricting arbitrary or internal URLs. Administrator-level access, including in Multisite installations, is required; successful requests can query or modify reachable internal services.
