Published Jan 21, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in Tuxlog wp-greet 6.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to store malicious scripts through forged requests. Administrative request handlers in wpg-admin.php and wpg-form.php accept state-changing input without validating the WordPress nonce before saving plugin settings. A site administrator must interact with the forged request while authenticated, after which the stored script executes in visitors' browsers.
