Browser script execution via unescaped res parameter
Published Mar 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in Promote Labs Inc. ProductDyno 1.0.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through the res parameter. The admin/partials/productdyno-admin-display.php view renders the request's res value into an administrative page without sufficient sanitization or context-appropriate output escaping. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated attacker to persuade a user to follow a crafted link, after which the script runs in that user's browser context and can read or alter page data available to that session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
