Stored script execution via unescaped Slider settings

Stored XSS in CodePeople Calculated Fields Form before 5.2.62 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a viewer's browser. Slider Max and caption settings accept crafted markup that is stored and rendered during form preview without adequate sanitization or output escaping. Administrator access is required even when unfiltered_html is disabled, and another user must view the affected form for the script to execute.
