Settings modification via missing stopOptimizeAll nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in ImageRecycle PDF & Image Compression 3.1.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to change optimization settings. The stopOptimizeAll function processes a settings-changing request without correctly validating the WordPress nonce meant to prove request intent. Exploitation requires an administrator to act on a forged request, such as by following an attacker-controlled link, and changes only image optimization settings.
