Stored script execution via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored XSS in COVERT NINE C9 Admin Dashboard 1.3.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through SVG uploads. The plugin's SVG upload handling accepts active SVG content without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping, leaving embedded scripts stored in the media library. Author-level access is required, and the payload executes in a visitor's browser when the uploaded SVG file is accessed, allowing script actions in that WordPress session.
