Published Jan 18, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Unverified password change in SpoonThemes Adifier System 3.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over arbitrary accounts. The adifier_recover() function updates a target user's password without validating that the requester owns that account. No authentication is required, and resetting an administrator's password grants control of the administrator account.
