Unauthenticated code execution via public ZIP extraction

Arbitrary file upload in Security by CleanTalk 2.149 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP from a crafted ZIP archive. checkUploadedArchive() extracts the archive into the public WordPress uploads directory while recursively scanning its files, without preventing executable files from becoming web-accessible. An arbitrary wordpress_logged_in cookie reaches the upload checker without authentication, and delaying the scan with many text files leaves time to request the extracted PHP file for server-side code execution.
