CVE-2024-13359Network attack vector

Unauthenticated file upload via insufficient filename validation

Published Mar 8, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in Tyche Softwares Product Input Fields for WooCommerce 1.12.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to store files. The add_product_input_fields_to_order_item_meta() function accepts uploaded filenames without sufficient type validation; 1.12.1 adds sanitize_file_name() to stop double extensions. Guest-accessible product file fields expose the default double-extension path, while direct PHP uploads require an administrator to leave accepted extensions blank; executable uploads allow code execution.
