Cache clearing via missing nonce validation
Published Apr 12, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Creativemotion Clearfy Cache 2.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to clear the site cache. The wclearfy_cache_delete handler performs cache deletion without validating a WordPress nonce, so a forged request is accepted as an administrator action. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link, and the bounded consequence is cache invalidation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
