Persistent XSS in Drupal Cookiebot + GTM before 1.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The module stores script-bearing configuration values and renders them without sufficient filtering. Access to module configuration and a visitor who loads affected output are required; execution is confined to the site's browser context.
