Session hijacking via insufficient pre-TFA session migration

Session fixation in Drupal Two-factor Authentication before 1.8.0 allows remote attackers to hijack a victim's authenticated session. The login flow reaches the second-factor entry form before sufficiently migrating the password-authenticated session, leaving the fixed identifier usable. Exploitation requires a victim to authenticate with a username and password, stop before completing TFA, and expose entry-form information; the attacker still needs a valid second-factor token.
