Authenticated content disclosure via unchecked entity cloning
Published Jan 9, 2025 · Updated Jan 31, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Drupal Content Entity Clone before 1.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted entity content. The clone workflow prepopulates a new-entity form from an existing entity without checking whether the requester may view that source entity. Permission to create the same entity type and bundle is required, exposing field values from otherwise inaccessible content.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
