Restricted node-title disclosure via ignored access hooks
Published Jan 9, 2025 · Updated Jan 14, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Drupal Responsive and off-canvas menu before 4.4.4 allows remote attackers to read restricted node titles. The menu-rendering path fails to honor custom node restrictions implemented through hook_ENTITY_TYPE_access and includes protected titles. Exposure requires a site module that implements those node-access hooks; the documented consequence is title disclosure, not access to node content.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
