Access bypass in Drupal Two-factor Authentication before 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to log in through a disabled plugin. The module continues to offer and accept a configured second-factor plugin after an administrator disables it. Exploitation requires valid first-factor and disabled-plugin second-factor credentials plus an administrator's prior enable-disable action, and grants account access.
