Sensitive database disclosure via unprepared language query
Published Feb 21, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in DOTonPAPER Pinpoint Booking System 2.9.9.5.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The back-end translation component interpolates the user-controlled language parameter into an existing SQL query without sufficient escaping or preparation, allowing appended SQL statements. Subscriber-level WordPress access is sufficient, and the documented consequence is extraction of sensitive database information without data modification or service interruption.
