Unauthenticated data modification via unchecked POST requests

Improper access control in wander-chu SpringBoot-Blog 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter protected data through crafted POST requests. BaseInterceptor.preHandle permits affected HTTP POST requests to reach protected handlers without enforcing the intended access check. No authentication or user interaction is required, and published assessments bound the demonstrated consequence to unauthorized data modification.
