Database access via unfiltered uid parameter
Published Jan 8, 2025 · Updated Jan 9, 2025
SQL injection in Sucms 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data through the admin member search. The admin_members.php search handler passes the POST uid value to multiple database queries without SQL filtering or parameterization. Access requires a valid administrative session, and injected statements execute with the application's database permissions.
