Code execution via unverified HIIDriver signatures
Published Jan 14, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Improper signature verification in Ivanti Endpoint Manager allows remote attackers to execute code through malicious content. The HIIDriver class accepts content without properly validating its cryptographic signature, enabling execution as the current user or service account. Exploitation requires the target to open a malicious file or visit a malicious page; application administrators can trigger it without user interaction.
