Denial of service via unchecked AlertService data length

An out-of-bounds write in Ivanti Endpoint Manager before its January 2025 updates allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service. The AlertService fails to validate the length of user-supplied data before writing it, allowing the write to exceed its intended buffer. Network access to the AlertService is sufficient; authentication and user interaction are not required, and the documented consequence is limited to service availability.
