Credential disclosure via traversal in account-file requests

Relative path traversal in Dahua IPC-HFW and IPC-HDW cameras 20241222 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read account files. The web interface accepts dot-dot path segments in a request URI and resolves them outside its intended directory to /mtd/Config/Sha1Account1 or Account1. Low-privilege device access is required, and disclosure is limited to hashed or encrypted credentials and other configuration data.
