Reflected XSS via unescaped subscriber search
Published Feb 1, 2025 · Updated Feb 4, 2025
Reflected XSS in MegaMinds Technologies WordPress Email Newsletter 1.1 and earlier allows attackers to execute script via subscriber search. The administrative view-subscriber page writes the search query parameter into its HTML response without sanitization or output escaping. A high-privilege user must open the crafted administrative URL, which runs attacker-supplied script in that user’s browser session.
