Profile-picture disclosure via unchecked user ID

Missing authorization in AnythingLLM Docker before 1.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' profile pictures. The profile-picture handler passes the requested user ID to determinePfpFilepath and returns the resulting file without comparing it with the authenticated user's ID. Default permission is sufficient, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to disclosure of another user's profile picture.
