Kernel code execution via unchecked length addition

Integer overflow in TAP-Windows6 9.26 and earlier allows local users to crash Windows or execute code in kernel space via crafted writes. TapSharedSendPacket adds attacker-controlled PacketLength and PrefixLength values without checking for 32-bit overflow, allocates an undersized buffer, and then overflows it. Reachability requires access to issue a write to the installed TAP device; OpenVPN GUI 2.6.9 and earlier is affected through its bundled tap-windows6 module.
