SYSTEM code execution via junction-based file deletion

Link following in Panda Security's Panda Dome 22.02.01 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM through Hotspot Shield. Hotspot Shield accepts an attacker-created Windows junction when deleting files, redirecting the privileged deletion to an arbitrary path. Low-privileged code execution on the target is required, and the resulting arbitrary file deletion enables privilege escalation to SYSTEM.
