Improper access control in D-Link DIR-823G 1.0.2B05_20181207 allows remote attackers to alter router settings through /HNAP1/. The listed configuration handlers accept requests without enforcing the authentication required for security-sensitive changes. No prior access or user interaction is required, exposing firewall, DMZ, parental-control, QoS, virtual-server, client, and auto-reboot settings.
