Cross-request data exposure via incorrect buffer release

Improper buffer release in Eclipse Jetty 9.4.0 through 9.4.56 allows remote attackers to corrupt or disclose request data. When GzipHandler encounters a gzip error while inflating a request body, it incorrectly releases the associated buffer, allowing reused storage to mix bytes across requests. Request-body inflation must be enabled, and the upstream report observed the effect only under very high request volume; affected requests can contain content from another request without an exception.
