Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized search parameter
Published Dec 29, 2024 · Updated Dec 30, 2024
SQL injection in employeeview.php in 1000 Projects Human Resource Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter HR data. The script inserts the GET search parameter directly into SQL statements without validation or parameter binding, enabling Boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based injection. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests can read, modify, or delete employee records and disrupt the database.
