Resource exhaustion in Eclipse Vert.x 4.3.4 through 4.4.7 and 4.5.0 through 4.5.2 allows remote attackers to crash TLS servers. SslChannelProvider caches a new SSL context for every unknown SNI name even when that name resolves only to the default certificate. Exposure requires a TCP server with TLS and SNI enabled; repeated fake names grow the cache until the JVM runs out of memory.
