Stored script execution via unsanitized task descriptions

Stored cross-site scripting in REBUILD 3.8.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a project member's browser. Project task descriptions accept HTML event-handler attributes, store them without sufficient sanitization, and render them to other group members. An attacker needs low-privileged task access, and a victim must open or interact with the description, enabling actions in that victim's session.
