Pre-authentication service crash via unbounded Host parsing

Stack buffer overflow in NETGEAR R6900P and R7000P 1.3.3.154 allows remote attackers to crash the HTTP service via a crafted Host header. The sub_16C4C HTTP request handler passes the unbounded Host value to sscanf, overwriting a stack buffer and adjacent stack data. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published proof demonstrates a service crash, while pre-authentication code execution is reported but not demonstrated.
