SQL injection via unsanitized state parameter
Published Dec 27, 2024 · Updated Dec 27, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Complaint Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute unintended database queries via the state parameter. The /admin/state.php handler directly embeds state input into an SQL query without parameterization; the PoC demonstrates execution with a timed SLEEP payload and database enumeration. Published privilege assessments conflict: the PoC claims no authentication, while the CNA CVSS vectors require low privileges.
