Remote code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in 1000 Projects Portfolio Management System MCA 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. The add_achievement_details.php endpoint accepts an ach_certy multipart upload with a .php filename without restricting dangerous file types. The report states that no special permissions are required, although its proof-of-concept request includes a PHP session cookie; successful upload grants control of the server.
