Unrestricted file upload in 1000 Projects Portfolio Management System MCA 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side code. The add_personal_details.php endpoint accepts a multipart profile file without restricting dangerous PHP file types, permitting executable content to be stored. A low-privileged session is required, and successful exploitation runs the uploaded content in the web-server context.
