Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized signup parameter

SQL injection in ownersignup.php in CodeAstro House Rental Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access the database. The unauthenticated signup handler places the GET m parameter directly into a MySQL query without validation, allowing time-based blind payloads to execute SLEEP(). No account is required, and successful exploitation permits reading or altering data within the application's database privileges.
