Stored script execution via unneutralized item fields
Published Dec 26, 2024 · Updated Dec 26, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Code Projects Simple Admin Panel in PHP 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via item edits. The updateItemController.php endpoint processes attacker-controlled p_name and p_desc values without neutralizing executable web content. A low-privileged account can plant content that executes when another user views the affected item, enabling unauthorized actions in that user's web session.
