Cross-site scripting in Code Projects Simple Admin Panel in PHP 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter page content via c_name. The addCatController.php handler incorporates the attacker-controlled c_name value into generated page content without neutralizing browser-executable markup. Low-privilege access and, under the CNA CVSS 3.1 assessment, victim interaction are required, limiting the reported effect to modification of browser-rendered content.
