File overwrite via unchecked symlink targets

Path traversal in mafintosh tar-fs before 1.16.4, 2.0.0 through 2.1.1, and 3.0.0 through 3.0.7 allows attackers to write files. The index.js extraction path accepts an archive symlink target without confining it to the requested extraction root, so a later file entry follows that link and writes outside the root. Exploitation requires a consuming application to extract an attacker-crafted tar archive; the write or overwrite uses that application's filesystem permissions.
