Subscriber-level code execution via unchecked addLibraryByArchive upload

Missing authorization in SKT Page Builder 4.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to upload files for code execution. The addLibraryByArchive function processes attacker-supplied archive uploads without checking whether the caller has the required WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and uploaded server-executable content can run with the WordPress host's PHP privileges.
