Internal resource disclosure via attacker-controlled TTS URL

Server-side request forgery in InfiniFlow RAGFlow 0.12.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal web resources. The add_llm endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled api_base for an OPENAITTS model, and the conversation tts endpoint later fetches and returns content from that URL without restricting its destination. An application account and network reachability to both endpoints are required; exposure is limited to resources reachable from the RAGFlow server.
