Stored XSS via unescaped margin setting

Stored XSS in Ryan Petersen Simple Banner before 3.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to run script through a crafted setting. The Header Top Margin setting accepts an attribute-breaking payload and returns the saved value to the settings preview without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Administrator privileges and interaction with the rendered value are required; the flaw remains reachable when unfiltered_html is disabled, including in WordPress multisite.
