Arbitrary file read via background-image junction

Link-following in AnyDesk 8.0.9.0 for Windows allows local users to read arbitrary files through the background-image handler. The privileged service follows an attacker-created junction while processing a chosen background image, redirecting its file access to an unintended target. Low-privileged code execution on the host is required, and exposed files can include stored credentials that enable further compromise.
