Reflected XSS via unescaped page parameter
Published Jan 4, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in Xylus Themes WP Smart Import 1.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via the page parameter. The manage and file-management controllers concatenate the request value into generated WordPress administration output without sufficient sanitization or contextual escaping. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to follow a crafted link; the script then runs in that user’s browser context and can read or modify data available to the session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
