Heap corruption via mismatched WebAssembly struct mutability

Type confusion in V8 in Google Chrome before 131.0.6778.204 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via a crafted HTML page. V8's canonical WebAssembly struct comparison checked field types but omitted field mutability, causing mutable and immutable structures to be treated as equal. A user must load the crafted page, after which the resulting type confusion can corrupt the browser process heap.
