Authenticated dangerous-file upload via update_product.php
Published Feb 7, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in CodeAstro Restaurant POS System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to upload dangerous files. The update_product.php product-editing endpoint accepts an uploaded file without restricting dangerous file types, but public records do not identify the parameter or storage path. A valid application session and network reachability expose the upload primitive; published evidence does not establish where files land or whether server-side execution follows.
