Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG attachment upload

Stored XSS in Shanghai Ruifang Technology REBUILD 3.8.5 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript via task-comment SVG uploads. The attachment handler accepts script-bearing SVG files without validating or sanitizing active content and embeds them when task comments are viewed. An authenticated project user must upload the file, and a viewer must open the affected task for the script to execute in that viewer's browser.
