Host crash via null-dereferencing IOCTL handler

Null-pointer dereference in IObit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 17.0.0 and earlier allows local users to crash the host via IOCTL code 0x8001E018. AscRegistryFilter.sys processes attacker-controlled input for that control code and dereferences a null pointer instead of rejecting the request. A low-privileged local account can trigger the failure without user interaction; the reported consequence is availability loss, not data access or modification.
